Concluding at the end of November, or Diabetes Awareness Month, the #Resilient Campaign is a tribute to your courage, determination, and resilience. It's a platform to share your stories, connect with others, and find inspiration in the face of challenges.

Thank you for participating in the #Resilient campaign, a joint initiative by Diabetes Express and Connected in Motion! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate or have parental/guardian consent prior to submission.
- You must have the legal right to share any photos or videos that you submit.
2. User-Generated Content:
- By using the hashtag #Resilient and tagging @DiabetesExpress and @ConnectedinMotion on social media, you allow Diabetes Express and Connected in Motion to feature your photos or videos as part of the #Resilient campaign. You retain full ownership of your content, and this non-exclusive, royalty-free license allows us to share and, if needed, adjust your submissions (such as cropping or adding campaign graphics) to celebrate resilience in the diabetes community.
- For any use of your content outside of the #Resilient campaign (e.g., website, marketing materials, or publications), Diabetes Express and Connected in Motion may contact you separately to request your consent. Similarly, you may contact Diabetes Express or Connected in Motion at any time if you prefer your content not be used for purposes beyond the #Resilient campaign.
- You confirm that your content doesn’t infringe on any third-party rights, like copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- You agree to protect Diabetes Express and Connected in Motion from any claims related to your content.
3. Content Guidelines:
- Your content must be relevant to the #Resilient campaign and focus on positive messages of strength, courage, and resilience in the face of diabetes.
- Your content must not be offensive, discriminatory, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Diabetes Express and Connected in Motion reserve the right to remove any content that does not comply with these guidelines.
4. Privacy:
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Diabetes Express's Privacy Policy and Connected in Motion's Privacy Policy.
