We exclusively ship nation wide in Canada.

With our nation wide Pharmacy network, all orders placed and paid for before 3 PM (EST) are shipped the SAME business day!

You can expect to receive your order within one/two business days! (depending on your location of course)

1. Get Approval First: You need to get an authorization code from our customer service team before you send anything back. Call them and ask for authorization to return an item.
2. Original Packaging Required: Returned items must be in their original packaging and then packed inside another box.
3. Credit After Inspection: We'll credit your account after we get the item back at our warehouse and make sure it's okay.
4. Returns within 90 Days: If you return something within 90 days of buying it, and it's still in new condition, we'll charge a 10% fee to restock it.

General Return Rules

• No Medical Supplies Returned: We can't take back any medical supplies for safety reasons. This includes things like insulin, test strips, insulin pump parts, and sensors.
• If we make a mistake: Oops. If we sent you the wrong item, we'll give you a full refund, and we will pay the return shipping.

Items We Can't Accept Returns For:

• Items without a return authorization number.
• Items returned more than 90 days after you bought them.
• Items that have been opened or used.
• Items that are expired.

Credit will be provided once the product is back at our warehouse and inspected.

Refunds usually take 1-7 business days following approval (depending on your financial institution).
