📦 Stock Up: Consider ordering enough for two (2) months to carry you through the holiday period.
🏥 Insurance & Coverage: Additional quantities may be subject to coverage limitations. If an order is placed early, we’ll ship as soon as your plan allows. Look out for a notification from Diabetes Express with specific shipping details if this applies.
⏰ Order Timing: If your order is a bit early, you’ll get an update from us with the details on when it can ship.
🔢 Quantity limits: Please keep an eye on any quantity restrictions listed on our website when placing your order.
Canada Post Rotating Strikes
❗ Canada Post has announced rotating strike activity in select regions, which may affect delivery speed and routing. To keep your orders moving, our team will automatically shift shipments to alternative courier whenever needed. If you have a PO box address, we kindly ask that you provide an alternative address for seamless delivery. If an alternative carrier is unable to service the address, your estimated delivery date may be extended. Please know we’re committed to getting your order to you and will ship it as soon as the carrier accepts it.

Insulin Shipments, Holiday Hours & Closures
December 18, 2025: Last day for insulin orders
December 24, 2025: Open until 12:30PM (EST)
December 25, 2025: CLOSED
December 26, 2025: CLOSED
December 29, 2025: Regular business hours
December 30, 2025: Regular business hours
December 31, 2025: Open until 12:30PM (EST). BC orders must be placed by 12:30PM (EST) in order to be processed for the calendar year.
January 1, 2026: CLOSED
January 2, 2026: Regular business hours resume. Only shipping for ambient products. No shipping for insulin or cold chain products.
January 5, 2026: Regular business hours resume. Insulin and cold chain products begin to ship.
NOTE: BC Pharmacare coverage ends on December 31, 2025, and the deductible resets on January 1, 2026. To have your order count towards the 2025 deductible, please ensure that your order is placed no later than 12:30PM (EST) on December 31, 2025.
